Warranty Policy

Darktide marine screens are supplied with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, neglect, impact, or accidental damage.

• Incorrect installation, wiring outside 12–24V DC, or use beyond rated specifications.

• Water ingress caused by submersion or improper sealing (IP66 rating applies)

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

• Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or use of non-approved accessories.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Products must be returned for assessment at the customer’s expense. If the claim is valid, Darktide will repair or replace the unit and cover return shipping.
