Refund policy

All sales are final. Darktide does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse.

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault. Minor faults will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

To lodge a claim, please contact sales@darktidemarine.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue. If a fault is confirmed, Darktide will cover return shipping; otherwise, costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
