Orders placed before 12 PM AEST ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Track your order anytime using the carrier link provided.
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days
Shipping Insurance can be selected at checkout to cover lost or damaged items for peace of mind

8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos.
For lost parcels, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue
