SHIPPING POLICY

1. Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day ship the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times (Australia-wide)
Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
Delivery times start from dispatch and may vary for remote and regional areas.

3. Shipping Costs
Orders under $250: $15 (Express)
Orders $250 to $1,999.99: $50 (Standard)
Orders $2,000 and over: Standard $49 · Express $99 · Express with Insurance $183
Your shipping options and final cost are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Insurance
Express with Insurance is available at checkout on orders of $2,000 and over, covering items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away with photos of the item and packaging.
If your parcel is lost, we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
